• Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services/Mechanical or related disciplines;
• Minimum 10 years’ working experience in Building Services tendering submission; 
• Aggressive, self-motivated and willing to work independently;
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• With computer knowledge on CAD drawing;
• Can work independently;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant BSE.;
