Responsibilities:

• Carry out site supervision and/ or conduct design coordination
• Supervise and monitor the work quality and work progress on site
• Control and monitor the testing & commissioning activities
• Prepare reports and keep records of works carried out
• Perform other duties on contract management
• Arrange handover completed development to Property Management Company and Individual Owner
• Work location in Wong Chuk Hang

Requirements:

• (Higher) Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering from Hong Kong Polytechnic University or equivalent;
• Minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience including 6 years site work experience
• Candidate with contractor work experience would be an advantage
• We offer 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday) and public holiday
