• Diploma or Higher Certificate or higher qualification in Building Services or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering;
• At least 10 years' relevant post-qualification experience of site supervision of building services installation;
• Strong interpersonal communication skills;
• Work on Site;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Building Services Inspector.
