Our client is one of the leading real estate developers in Hong Kong with significant development in Hong Kong. To support the company's expansion, they are now looking for high calibre individuals for Senior Building Services Inspector/ Building Services Inspector for their construction projects.

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience (Preferably as a BSI)
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese Excellent interpersonal and site supervision skills
• Supervise and monitor building services works are completed in high quality, safely and timely
