Responsibilities:

Experience of large scale projects and at least 10 years overall experience is considered essential for this post. Minimum 6 years must have been in the capacity of a Resident Building Services Inspector. Such experience must include medium to large scalecommercialprojects.

• Diploma, High Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken, is essential
