Our client is one of the leading Real Estate Developers in Hong Kong. They are currently seeking for a Junior Building Services Inspector to join their team for the upcoming residential superstructure construction projects across Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise all building services works on site
• Monitor work progress, carry out inspections, participate in testing and commissioning, and report the site records
• Assist and report to project management team and construction team
• Advise and monitor on rectification of defects
• Liaise with consultants / main contractors / sub-contractors / supplies and the government departments, etc.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• 5-10 years' related experience ideally as Building Services Coordinator/ site inspector
• Experience in residential development projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
