Our Client

One of the renowned Hong Kong developers is currently seeking for an experienced Building Services Inspector to join their team for the expansion of business across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise building services works and working procedures and ensure all schedules, quality and safety guidelines are met.
• Monitor on rectification of defects
• Carry out site inspections and prepare site report
• Participate in testing and commissioning
• Assist project management team and construction team
• Monitor and supervise site coordination work with consultants / main contractors / sub-contractors / supplies and the government departments.

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience (Preferably as a BSI)
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese Excellent interpersonal and site supervision skills
• Supervise and monitor building services works are completed in high quality, safely and timely
