Our Client is a well-known development group with significant properties projects around the globe. To support the company's upcoming projects globally, they are now looking for high calibre individuals for the Building Services Manager positions in Hong Kong for regional projects.

Skills & experiences required.

• Degree holder in Building Services Engineering, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Should possess over 15 years’ experience with Consultancies for BSE design works
• Chartered Engineers
• Experienced in residential/ commercial/ hospitality/ shopping mall projects
• British Passport would be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese
• Excellent interpersonal, project management and site supervision skills
