• Client: A renowned Interior Design and Fit-Out Consultancy
• Position: Building Services Manager
  
• Project: High-end commercial / retail / hospitality fit-out, renovation
• Salary: $50K - $80K+

Requirements

• Degree holder in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering
• Professional qualification preferred; HKIE, CIBSE or equivalent
• Min. 12 years experience in building services projects
• Relevant experience in B.S. fit-out for commercial/retail/hotel projects will be an advantage.
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Less experienced candidates will be considered as Building Services Manager
