Responsibilities:

• Responsible for design, tendering, project management, site work, coordination with client and sub-contractor;
• Monitor, contractnal, technical site progress and safety matter.

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma / Degree or above in MVAC / Elect. / Building Services Engineering;
• Minimum 10 years / 8 years experience in MVAC / Elect. / Building Services Project;
• Experience in site and contract management in Government Maintenance and Fitting Out Contract;
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
