Your responsibilities

• According to the project design contract, project survey and design specification, project bidding documents, project bid documents and relevant national and local standards, regulations, to cooperate with the civil engineer, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) engineer and production engineering team of this project to manage the full process of design. To coordinate and solve building construction technical issues;
• To participate in the management of project design contracts, strictly implement the provisions of design contracts, ensure the completion of design contract performance, and assist in handling disputes and claims during the implementation of design contracts.
• To guide the geological survey before construction, participate in the drawing review and design submission.
• To be responsible for acceptance inspection of civil construction concealed works, elevation review, design change and technical and quality issues handling of quality control, progress control.
• To review the foundation pit excavation, construction organization design and construction plan of the civil construction unit. To propose rationalization suggestions and supervise the implementation.
• According to the agreement of the civil contract of the project , the design drawings, and the requirements of relevant specifications, track and check the engineering quality of the foundation and main structure, solve technical difficulties in construction, coordinate the relevant professional engineers to solve the quality problems that arise; participate in the civil engineering inspection acceptance.
• To participate in controlling the on-site construction progress of civil engineering, assist in the breakdown and adjustment, and ensure the completion of the civil engineering schedule.
• To supervise and control the construction cost of civil project according to the project construction budget and ensure the realization of the cost control goals of civil projects.
• To participate in on-site civil contract management, strictly implement the provisions of civil contracts, ensure the completion of civil contract performance, and assist in handling disputes and claims during the implementation of civil contracts.
• To participate in the management of information exchange, information transmission and information handling among on-site construction units, supervision, and civil construction units.
• To be responsible for the contact with archives management and pre-acceptance of data and organize the delivery and inspection of completed archives.
• To complete other tasks assigned by the project department.

Your background

• A Bachelor’s degree or above, related majors in civil structure, civil engineering, industrial and construction engineering, etc., engineer title or above, with relevant industry qualification certificate is preferred.
• 5 years working experience in the building construal engineering;
• Familiar with building structure design codes and related regulations, have a strong technical foundation, and are familiar with structural construction techniques.
• English CET4 score of 425 or above, which can meet the needs of writing, listening and speaking in English when working on this project.
• Proficiency in computer drawing software, including AutoCAD, etc. and applied steel structure detailed design software, including: TEKLA Structure, etc.
• Familiar with MS-Office software.
• Have good overall management ability and problem-solving ability, good communication and collaboration ability, strong sense of responsibility and strong team awareness.
• EPC or PMC management experience is preferred.
