Job Duties :

• Plan, execute and manage maintenance work / A & A work / renovation project from inception to completion;
• Manage the projects and exercise close control on quality of works, project budget and expenditure;
• Provide professional advice to the Client on the feasibility of proposed projects and manage compliance of statutory requirements / ordinances with respect to building controls;
• Lead a team to deliver professional services effectively and efficiently.
• Manage and monitor the performance of contractors and report to the Client;

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Surveying /Building Studies/Civil Construction Management or equivalent; 
• MHKIS (Building Surveying discipline) or equivalent with 2 years post qualification;
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese;
• Good leadership and communication skills;
• Good PC skill including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint plus Auto CAD;
• Immediate available is highly preferred
