-Lead team to ensure accurate and timely accounting booking. Monitor accounting related processes and transactions are completely and accurately reported within the framework of sound financial and accounting practice

-As accounting expert, monitor and forecast the potential risks in operational, financial and accounting areas to support Accounting Director.
-Responsible for handling with non-routine transactions.

-Manage monthly financial closings to ensure timely, completely and accurately financial reporting for all DMO entities in China.

- Poractively coordinate the communication among business department, and team within F&C, to support business development and growth from finance perspective.

-Analyze new accounting standards and determine applicability and impact on MBAFC & MBLC. Determine accounting treatment of new business process. Provide accurate and timely information for management decision making.

-Coordinate external and internal audit processes, and track the proper and timely implementation of all agreed remediation actions.

-Manage MBAFC & MBLC business accounting team and personnel, including monitor routine operation and review team’s job and responsiblilities.

-Target agreements and performance evaluations to be performed on the basis of the mission statement.

-Ensure training and development plans in place to support employees to achieve their full potential.

-Ensure achievement of "Best place to work" and ECI targets.
