Microsoft Employee Service Center team is looking for an Employee Experience Representative
The ESC provides a work environment that supports the entire work life cycle experience of the employee starting from day one. Employee service center uses a wholistic approach to provide services to employees and internal stakeholders in the areas of: On boarding, cellular, extracurricular classes, gifts selection, events logistics, administration, etc. In addition, the ESC operates the employee’s on-site store assuring it offers a wide range of alternatives catering to employee’s needs in all population groups.
Responsibilities
- Bring value to employees by providing excellent customer services via all potential communication channels (front facing, emails, phone and any type of messaging programs).
- Develop an understanding of employee needs on all levels and use technologies, processes, tools, and methodologies to provide tactical solutions.
- Initiate, plan and implement creative and innovative ideas in the areas of employee services and experiences.
- Partner in creating an Innovative, professional and dynamic work environment.
- Execute personal interactions with employees to provide a variety of services that impact the employee life cycle experience throughout the organization.
- Use metrics to gather and provide feedback to the team and influence optimization.
- Follow procedures to run services, processes and procedures to ensure execution with consistency, accuracy and timeliness of delivery.
- Interact with different organizational interfaces.
- Work in an innovative, professional, technological environment.
Qualifications
- BA or other relevant formal studies
- Previous relevant associated experience in organizations or HT companies - an advantage
- High levels of customer service orientation
- Result oriented self-starter with highly developed skills in areas of project management, employee/customer relations and management.
- Agile and responds well to a dynamic ever-changing org.
- Works well under pressure.
- Accurately identifies issues and generates multiple reasonable solutions.
- Detailed oriented, efficient and well organized.
- Committed, responsible and dependable.
