Business Administration Professional – Siemens Industrial Ltd., Dhaka Bangladesh We’re looking for the makers of tomorrow! The incumbent would be responsible to support the Business Administration head in terms of budgeting, forecasting and other commercial activities of a business unit in Bangladesh. The incumbent must be a Bangladeshi national. How do you craft the future through your incredible commercial role experience? Assist in budgeting, forecasting and other financial planning processes; support for completion of financial analysis, planning and controlling activities, and all related business administration activities; comparative analysis of Actual vs. Plan and follow-up progress of agreed measures. You will provide regular business reports with respect to overall performance and recommend actions to accountable management; ensure all commercial processes and document control complies with the appropriate company standards and governance; perform evaluations of assets and liabilities, SG&A monitoring and control of Business Segment, Sales & cost controlling. Ensures the accuracy of project books and records, including recording of such in the appropriate systems, e.g. SAP - ensures compliance with relevant financial reporting guidelines plus the local requirements. Ensures all related Project Reporting and Controlling activities. Ensure the financial results according to set targets are managed with due professional care and optimizes the project gross profit, cash flow and assets and financing instruments. Actively communicates with customer's commercial representatives and manages solving of commercial issues. Identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities – taking over the full responsibility in this regard with respect to all commercial risks and opportunities. Together with the PM, proactively setting up a contract and claim management in the project, including involvement and cooperation with the assigned contract manager. Responsible for meeting all project milestones and commercial objectives. Maintains constant communication to customers, logistics & SCM and other stakeholders. We don’t need superheroes, just super minds You must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from a reputable university, additionally an MBA degree is preferred. If you have a CA Course Completion certificate it would be an added advantage for you. You bring more 3-4 years of proven experience in commercial including Accounts and Finance related role. Well-versed with MS Office suit. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills both in Bengali and English with good networking with internal/external and international stakeholders. Capable of working under pressure. Excellent collaboration and solution centric problem-solving approach is a role requirement.
