Monitoring of Sales Order booking for the correctness and matching with COPA along with Order amendments and cancellations Calculation and monitoring of POC debits including GIT transfers to various ICB partners on monthly basis Preparation and reporting of Operations OV TO report. Orders on hand review along with Negative OOH Review and reconciliation of ICB customer and vendor accounts balances and corrective actions requirement Review of COPA and necessary corrections for COS and accruals with required JVE's Review and reconciliation of LOP, LD and accruals on monthly basis Audit coordination and documentation (Statutory audit, ICFR documentation) Vendor related commercial topics e.g Letter of Credit requirement, Bank Guarantee etc. Liaising with various stake holders for input related to financial data (Proposal, BU MIS etc) You are a Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce / MBA/ having experience of 2-3 years in Factory Commercial. Hands on experience in Spiridon and Microsoft office with respect t factory controlling.
