Job Description
For our Smart Infrastructure Electrification and Automation Customer Services Team, we are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and team-oriented Business Administration Professional! What are my responsibilities? Manages and supports the project execution management that the financial results according to set targets are handled with due professional care and optimizes the gross profit, cash flow and assets and financing instruments, Ensures the accuracy of project books and records, (e.g., SAP - ensures compliance with Siemens regulations and the local GAAP requirements, international and local contracts), Preparing and presenting of order performance and cost center controlling reports to support Sales and Execution, Being a commercial partner to Head of Customer Service Workshop, Actively work on product costing and giving support to local & global sales/offer teams in cost optimization topics, Ensures all related project reporting and controlling activities in local and international service contracts / projects Actively communicates with customer's commercial representatives and leads solving of commercial / finance issues, Ensures to act according to the Business Conduct Guidelines and establishes a culture of trust and integrity. What do I need to qualify for this job? Degree in BA, Finance or relevant qualification from reputable university, At least 3 years of experience with solid knowledge of business processes, policies, and procedures, Experience with project planning, cost structuring and performance controlling, Calculation methods, forecasting, project controlling (including customs, logistics, and export control) Knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS&local accounting), tax, insurances, international and Turkish law, Teamwork, collaboration and good communication skills, Solid experience in Performance Controlling and Project Execution, Advanced level of English both in speaking and writing, other foreign languages desirable. · As Siemens, we believe physical barriers are not related to potential.
