Danfoss DPS Segment is looking for a Business Analysis Intern for Procurement department. You will have a fantastic opportunity to work with global and China team in procurement and business analysis area.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Management:

• Data analysis and interpretation.
  
• Survey the market and collect relevant information for new and potential suppliers, analyze and make recommendations.
  
• Preparation of tenders/RFQs, collaborate on data analysis.
  
• Support landed cost calculations and make/buy analyses.
  
• Work closely with team to coordinate activities, analysis and development and updating of systems.

Reporting and Presentations

• Plans and prepares and delivers presentations for a variety of audiences, addressing comprehensive analytics.
  
• Acts as facilitator and consultant.
  
• Develops and analyzes data for all appropriate departments or entities to facilitate the decision making process.

Liaising With Various Teams and Functions

• Establish relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
  
• Effective and proactive liaison with other relevant functions/departments to identify and share data, gather input on analysis and share learnings.
  
• Liaising with Managers, Global Categories and Regional Category Managers to facilitate information sharing and project completion.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master degree, major in Business/Statistics/Math/Finance and other quantitative majors
• Strong analytical and data manipulation skills, be able to query data according to business requirements
• Ability to conceptualize complex problems and determine data-driven approaches to finding an answer.
• Strong problem solving skills, proficient user of Excel, PPT, Word
• Quick learner, self-motivated, team player with work passion
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a timely manner
• Minimum 1-2 days/week, 6 month internship commitment.
