• Deep understanding of our business model, products, industries, and competitors
• Lead data-driven business case and scenario tracking and analysis, sharing of data insights with different teams
• Routine and ad-hoc financial, commercial, operational reporting using models built and data existing in our data lake
• Communicate with teams and stakeholders in different teams to understand their needs, evaluate the possibility of a data-driven solution and estimate the potential resource requirements
• Provide end-to-end data solutions to enable business growth and boost productivity by working with stakeholders of various teams in the organization
• Drive and facilitate business application projects relying on existing data in our BI data lake
• Database entity and model design to support business applications
• Apply state-of-art techniques including machine learning and deep learning solutions to help solve day-to-day problems in business
• Understand workflows and SOPs, streamline and establish process mappings
• Participate in the data design of our data warehouse by suggesting the urgency, availability and structuring of data
• Promote team’s products and deliverables

• Major in information technology, data science, mathematics, physics, etc. related subjects in colleague
• At least 7-years’ experience in a business analysis, data analysis, financial planning and analysis, or commercial operations
• Be passionate about the data science and has a strong data-driven mindset
• Successful experience in project / product management
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Familiar with mainstream DBMS and SQL
• Familiar with BI visualization tools including Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.
