Scope Of Role:

• This role is responsible for monitoring the whole SIP process to ensure timely and accuracy delivery of SIP result through correctly understanding/ interpreting the Scorecard, and carefully conduct the calculation. Efficient communication with other parties are necessary and will/can smooth the process, add ease to the whole process.

Key Responsibilities/Challenges:

• Responsible for monitoring SIP (sales incentive plan) process, covering interpretation on Scorecard, SIP calculation, SIP simulation, etc.…
• Engage business partners in driving customer acquisition/cross-selling/retention initiatives
• Engage and help implement the SCB Way, and develop best practices

Selection Criteria:

• Required Personalities:

• Responsible, reliable, eager to learn, willing to serve and self-motivated

• Required Education:

• Bachelor or Master degree in quantitative field such as Computer Science , Management Sciences, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or Engineering

• Other Qualifications:

- 2+ year working experiences in the area of banking, finance or insurance

- Familiar with SQL and MS office, SAS is a plus

- Ability to communicate and understand business needs and problems

- Skills of communicating with and influencing people in a constructive, fact-driven way

- Good presentation skills

- Knowledge of general probability theory and finance.
