Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update sourcing related databases, deliver analysis reports on a routine basis and customized reports for matrix inquires. Proactively communicate with sourcing team and understand their analysis needs for future implementation.
• Maintain and develop analytics platforms and Data Visualization tools, support the team summarizing and presenting business overviews.
• Together with managers, drive operational efficiency by optimizing internal processes and proactively looking for practical solutions and implementing when team requests.
• Work closely with sourcing team and other business functions, create/maintain platform and analyze centralized and ongoing supplier management ratings, support the management to evaluate supplier KPIs from full cycle of our sourcing business, update supplier KPI reports, communicate with the team and escalate significant findings and deviations.
• Support manager to collect and evaluate industrial/macro data, raw material pricings and market research etc. for appropriate communication and prognosis on current situation, opportunities and options.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree. Studied in business analytics, applied statistics or marketing is preferred but is not a must
• Logical, sharp minded and commercially awareness
• Self-starter, Attention to details, strong sense of urgency
• Demonstrated ability of handling large data sets, queries and models. Strong MS Excel skills is a must. SQL, VBA knowledge is highly preferred
• Implementation experience or strong interests on Data modeling, Data visualization tools preferred (Tableau or Power BI)
• Be able to work independently but also an effective team player and communicator. Ability to communicate appropriately across different business functions and work out solutions; Ability to translate complex data to end-users in a way of easy understanding and correctly
• Comfortable communicating in both Chinese and English at work
• Open minded, adapt to change quickly to business environment
• Work experience in a global sourcing office is a plus
