Among other responsibilities, you will be carrying out the following:

• Prepare, maintain and analyze global operations, financial and management data, while at the same time continuously re-think and work on how to improve current frameworks
• Meet with business stakeholders, understand business requirements, and use your analytic mindset to implement solutions ranging from business & finance process improvements to completely new re-engineering projects
• Assist in monitoring and assessing global risk exposure

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Management or related disciplines with 1-2 years’ of relevant experience, exposure in freight forwarding business is an added value
• Exceptional creative, analytical and problem-solving talents, good organizational and time management skills

• Demonstrate great communication skills and proactive team player, has commitment and going the extra mile to complete the job
• Competency in MS applications, knowledge of Excel VBA
• Proficient in English, good command of Cantonese and/or Mandarin will be an advantage
