As part of VMware’s Professional Services Organization (PSO), the “Business Analyst – PS Solutions” shall provide technical assistance and drive large/complex enterprise-consulting opportunities, and indirectly impact revenue. This role demands effective collaboration with the APJ Professional Services teams, building complex solutions that cover Implementation/Managed Services, Project/Engagement Management, Education Services, Partner Management and Technical Account Management (TAM) Services.

Responsibilities:

• Create end-to-end services based solutions which include service description, implementation roadmap and high level effort estimation
• Create techno-commercial proposals and ensure that they are technically sound, competitive and are addressing customer business issues. Break down, bundle and quantify VMware's products and services and interpret/quantify their value against customer requirements

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of industry experience in a similar role in Consulting, US based Metrics Organization, IT services or Software Product companies, Bid Management
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or an MBA from premier institutions
• Excellent written, oral communication in Mandarin, English and/or Japanese language and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to both business and technical audiences
• Experience in assisting Field Sales in closing large enterprise sales opportunities
