Job Profile
Having been in the market for more than ten years, Evalueserve has developed strong capability in the research domain and has been successful in being the market leader.
We are looking to hire a ‘Business Analyst’ who would work on research/consulting projects of varying complexities for our clients (ranging from simple data-collection-intensive to data-analysis/insights-intensive projects) focusing on a variety of industries.

Description of Role
1. Understanding clients requirements (what needs to be done and how), under the guidance of a project manager
2. Conducting extensive research on a variety of research/consulting projects
Developing knowledge of research topic
Data collection – primary and secondary
Data collation and analysis
Data presentation in English
Paying attention to details
3. Participating-in brainstorming sessions for problem structuring, issue analysis & decision tree analysis, hypothesis building & validation, development of insights and recommendations (throughout the project)
4. Participating in client communication (including both telephone and face-to-face discussions) throughout project lifecycle
5. Ensuring perfect delivery on tasks as allocated

Expected Qualifications & Skills
1. Language skills (verbal and written): Excellent English skills
2. Degree (bachelors and/or masters degree or equivalent)
3. 1-3 years of experience in market/business research and/or consulting roles; should have experience in working on a variety of assignments (market entry/expansion studies; in-depth industry reports; supply chain studies; etc.)
4. High confidence
5. Ability to learn problem structuring, issue/decision tree analysis, hypotheses development and validation will be a plus
6. Knowledge of different cultures and ability to work in an international environment
7. Exceptional learning capabilities and a good work ethic
8. Should be ready to work in a demanding and intellectually stimulating environment
9. Excellent MS Office skills
10. Excellent time management skills
