The Job

• Work with IT and business development teams, and the clients in determining the best fit solution to our client's needs
• Capture and analyze data/user requirements, formulate design & documentation of functional specifications, and provide operational/technical recommendations on implementations
• Provide user training, conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
• Provide application configuration, system testing and User Acceptance Testing 

The Person  

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related disciplines
• At least three years of experience in project management, business analysis and support
• Solid experience in defining new processes, integrating with existing processes, conduct User Acceptance Testing, creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• Good analytic, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Good communication and presentation skills to technical & non-technical audience
• Good presentation skills in written and spoken English
