Job Description

• Understanding customer needs and do complete requirements gathering
• Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Document) and work with various teams within the organization to deliver customer requirements.
• Act as a SPOC(Single point of contact) for the client until the complete solution delivery is done

Requirements

• Proficient in use of MS Office products like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Excellent Communication Skills (written & verbal) in English and Cantonese
• Should be proficient in presentation skills to senior stakeholders.
• 4 + years of experience as BA.
