Within AZ IT, Software Shared Services focuses on enterprise level solution platforms and development environments that are truly cross-functional in nature. The goal of the organization is to provide world-class solutions that are truly scalable, agile and delivered in the most efficient manner. Currently, the Software Shared Services organization includes management of our SAP environment, Application and Data integration environments, and the newly created Chatbot as a Service group.
Delivery manager is responsible for the below services offered in SSS
- Chatbot / Virtual Assistant capability – Driving end to end delivery
- Evangelize Chatbot COE to deliver across CFIT
- Stakeholder Management and Customer satisfaction
- Communication of product roadmaps and new services in partnership with the Architect team
- Demand forecast & License Management
- Develop & Train the team with new skills aligned with the product roadmap
Candidate Focus & Challenge
- Deliver the digital conversational user interface / chatbot capability to connect HCP, Patients, and Internal customers, to improve business performance, being available 24/7 as a digital agent. Accountable to deliver to the committed Chatbots by end of 2020.
- Deliver Intelligent chatbots (AI) enabled through NLP and Machine learning, leveraging the Azure chat functions. Automate the learning the process, which minimizes the interruption and constantly improve the capability.
- Ensure strict compliance to compliance standards, as per the AZ security and Quality policy, update the RACM as required in alignment with Platform controls, ensure relevant Quality checks and evidences are captured and validates as agreed with Internal QM to ensure SOX, GMP / GLP / GXP guideline.
- Improve the project delivery, engaging customers in delivering to key programs that are outcome driven, with end to end ownership, from UI design, UX customer experience, development, and testing capability
- Collaboration is the key, RPA and Chatbot with Business and IT. Tight partnership with CARB and Workplace team to ensure the release management is managed and controlled
Candidate Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- A self-starter with high levels of drive, energy, resilience and a desire for professional excellence.
- An experienced leader, having worked in a matrix environment with internal competing tech platforms and services.
- Good understanding of AZ Shares Service engagement model, with good understanding and forecasting and driving recharge and utilization targets.
- Experience in managing partnership with external vendors will be preferred
- Good understanding of Azure Chatbot functions, Bot Frameworks and Digital agents
- Ability to form effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and to gain commitment to deliver
- Ability to collaborate across the different technology services (QM, EAS, CSIS, CARD, EARB)
- Strong people manager to manage the team and motivate for development
- Drive learning and development, talent grooming
