This shapes the advice we offer, as we translate it into strategic and technical actions across the enterprise.

The Business Analyst (BA) operates within the Access Services Project Management Office (PMO) Team and is responsible for facilitating change to include partnering closely with contact center and field agent teams, subject matter experts, and technical resources to identify business needs, define project requirements, and liaise the development of the solution through implementation.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Partner with contact center and field agents serving the Access Services organization to become a trusted advisor to, ultimately, enhance the way they operate to better support patients and Healthcare Providers
  • Shepherd technological change through implementation and sustainment using Scaled Agile business methodology, fulfilling the Product Owner role
  • Create detailed user stories to capture the reason why change is needed for the business
  • Development of test scenarios and test cases, and testing activities vital to assess the quality and completion of system implementations.
  • Contribute to Lessons Learned to evolve our Ways of Working
  • Assist the Project Manager and Directors in project-related tasks.

Essential for the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent years of professional work experience in related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Analyst-like roles: creating wireframes, documenting processes; requirements gathering, impact analysis, management of technological change
  • Broad working knowledge and experience with healthcare applications and technology
  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management applications (CRM)
  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Experience with Telephony or Contact Center Suite of tools
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts
