The Opportunity:
The Business Analyst role will support AIA’s strategy by eliciting, analysing, validating, and communicating requirements for changes to business process, policies, and information systems for approved projects and other initiatives.
This role will report to the Business Analysis Practice Lead and assist in the team contribution to the continuous improvement of Portfolio Delivery Office (PDO).
About the role:
Some responsibilities include:
Proactively identify and engage with appropriate stakeholders across the organisation.
Challenge the status quo and influence process improvement.
Provide direction to other project team members and technical staff involved in the solution delivery as appropriate.
Contribute to the development of business cases.
Adhere to project methodologies, including the appropriate SDLC, PMLC, and Organisational Change framework
Provide both high level and detailed estimates for all BA activities
Establish a clear understanding of your personal responsibilities in the maintenance of Risk & Control Management and apply this to all activities
About you:
Business or IT related tertiary qualification
Business Analysis qualification (e.g. IIBA Certification (CBAP) or equivalent)
Agile certification
Proven ability to understand and communicate complex business issues and solutions, verbally and written.
3+ years as Business Analyst or related role.
Financial Services/Insurance knowledge & experience
Experience of Agile and Lean approaches and deliveries preferred (some relation to SAFe and Scrum).
UX/UI knowledge & experience
