Candidate must be fluent, both in English and Chinese.

The Business Analyst allocated on site, they will be able to identify the pain points that the site is facing, which are preventing them to use certain softwares and/or Platform and the digital solutions being provided by the Digital Manufacturing team to all its extent.

Based on this continuous assessment, the team will create strategies to solve the sites immediate problems, and address them through trainings, engagement activities, road mapping, and new developments and deployments.

Apart from the on-site support, a remote team will provide support for the execution of the activities, therefore named Nanjing Execution Team. The description of the activities expected is outlined below:

On-Site – Business Analysts allocated at the Nanjing site, which the main responsibilities are:

o Being the main interface between the plant personnel and the Digital Manufacturing team.

o Mapping and prioritization of use cases, building roadmaps, product backlogs, and presentations.

o Hands-on training through workshops, lunch and learns, 1:1 training, and other learning artifacts.

o Create and apply strategies to increase adoption within the site.

o Being the point of contact for the site related to issues on the platform or in the Digital Solutions.

o Transform business needs into effective digital workflows.

o Further detailing of use cases as prioritized.

o Optimize and Simplify existing use cases (Templates, etc.)
