What is your job about?

• Gather and analyze users requirements from different departments for the development of new application systems
• Work with vendors for project delivery
• Support User Acceptance Test plan preparation and execution
• Maintain the timely implementation and quality of IT projects
• Provide support to application systems including trouble-shooting, bug fixing and ad-hoc queries
• Remote support after office hour may be required
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

 Who will be our potential target?

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year experience in business analysis or related IT experience
• Solid Skill with SQL and knowledge of MS SQL Database
• Experience with retail ERP/POS system
• Experience in reporting tools is preferred
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• A good team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
