We are looking for thought Business Analyst/Architect to join our team who have a desire to deliver valuable software application solutions which meet client needs. Our business analysts are team-oriented, collaborative, and focus on delivering value in everything we do. Our Opportunity-to-Cash business line provides a variety of transactional and digital services - from lead generation to the collection of incoming payments. We also provide services related to Offer and Contract Management, Order Management & Logistics, Cash Collection, and much more! What role will you play? • Engage and cooperate with DOM delivery team to understand their challenges, become their trusted advisor, capturing their business objectives and needs; • Provide DOM delivery teams a clear vision and roadmap; • Assess your colleagues current and target architecture needs, define, design and deliver a Pega business architected solution; • Conduct workshop and interview /ask questions to clarify and document requirements for the Business process; • Works as part of a team to design, build, and support BPM applications for our clients; • Uses Agile product development process to organize and lead application development; • Execute gap analyses between business requirements and best practices; • Develop business cases, process and business test strategy, and execution; • Able to clearly define project objectives and timelines to business and development Teams; • Must understand and be able to apply current market trends and prevalent technologies to help provide clients with potential solutions to address their business challenges; We are looking for: • Background in Business Analysis and/or Business Architecture; • Good understanding and hands on experience in in architecting solution using CRM and IBPM technologies with exposure to AI and robotics technology; • Passion about demonstrating your business architecture skills through the use of industry leading software that helps solve business and enterprise problems; • Exceptionally strong client engagement and communication skills • Experience in defining, designing and delivering solutions; • Business and or technical analysis, process and UI modelling; • Agile/scrum development methodology knowledge and experience; • Customer success focused, outcomes driven, moves with a sense of urgency and a strong team player; • Strong track record of customer engagement and delivery success; • Experience working with industry leading technologies to deliver your solution designs and vision in a fast-paced environment; • Trusted and advisor and thought leader by your clients.
