Responsibilities:

• Coordinate different activities to support business integration project
• Organize workshop to collect feedback from internal stakeholders
• Keep track project status; maintain project pipeline and issue log
• Participate and support O&T projects
• Support to update process documentations and reports
• Act as a contact point to business teams for change request, enquiries and issues
• Carry out UAT on system rollout

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with 1 year relevant experience
• Prior experience in business analysis and operations in financial institutions preferred
• Good analytical skills, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Sensitive to numbers and data, proactive, responsible and detail-oriented
• Excellent computer literacy in using Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
