Job Description
Responsible for the preparation of key management information for the Group CEO, you will provide key reports and data analysis for all SDL business units. The role will involve liaison with other functional and business professionals across the SDL community.
Key tasks:
· Preparation of monthly information to support the Group CEO
· Preparation and maintenance of group summary of cross divisional benchmarking metrics for sales, operational and development expenditures
· Analysis of different business segments and competitive landscape
· Respond to SDL Executives on key pieces of analysis and present and discuss conclusions reached
· Produce and investigate performance variances and casual trend analysis
· Support the senior management team in the preparation of data analysis for operational purposes
· Investigate internal business systems and examine process for data entry and identify issues within current CRM, Sales, HR and Finance systems and produce summaries
· Gather information across all divisions and understand current business activity and align against the business structure and goals
Experience required:
· Degree Qualified
· Experience of supporting senior management in understanding their business metrics, financial costs and KPIs
· Experience of analysing data and preparing management reports for group companies and a sound base in business analytics
Key competencies:
