Job Description

Our client is a listed printing company which is always striving to improve its business processes and performance for its stakeholders at all levels. A need has arisen for an experienced Business Analyst to embark on a firm wide digital transformation project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Involve in full IT project lifecycle from inception to completion - including project planning, user consultation, requirements analysis, options development, solution validation, testing and change management, etc.
  • Collect user requirements and provide recommendations to meet business objectives and needs
  • Act as a bridge between end user and IT / Vendor to facilitate the communications
  • Prepare the system specification & documentation (e.g. function spec, user guide)

 

Key Requirements:

  • A Degree Holder or Master in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering and related majors, with a minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in similar role, preferably in manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge or experience with ERP concept is a plus
  • Good command in written and verbal communication in Cantonese/English/ Mandarin
  • Junior IT Business Analyst with less experience will also be considered
  • Frequent travel in China
