Responsibilities:

• Report to the Project Manager and work with project team
• Gather system requirements from users and business owners and translate them into detailed requirements documentation and functional specification
• Ensure that business rules are clearly defined through workflow diagrams
• Assist in the creation, implementation and maintenance of a standardized requirement document
• Identify options for potential solutions & assessing them for business suitability
• Prepare UAT end-to-end test plans, coordinate with the business users to complete UAT and obtain sign-off
• Ensure proper knowledge transfer for post go-live support and configuration
• Ensure necessary business process reengineering are done
• Act as primary contact with the vendor’s functional consultants
• Arrange meeting and training session
• Provide post implementation support for additional functionality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related discipline
• 3-5 year of experience in project management and experience of large scale ERP implementations is a must, preferably in Jewellery/Retail related industry
• Working knowledge on integration with POS/inventory/production systems, China tax and bank-enterprise direct link preferred
• Strong background in business analysis and/or business process analysis, including experience in business process modelling and re-engineering
• Basic knowledge on robotic processing automation tools
• Strong organizational skill, team player, partnering with senior/executive management and individual contributors; good team leading and mentoring skill
• Excellent interpersonal communications and presentation skills
• Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill, self-motivated and good problem- solving skills
• Strong command of spoken and written skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Permanent HK Resident who read and write Chinese will be considered only
