How will you make an impact?

The business analysts will be part of our BioProduction Cell Culture Inquiry to Order (ITO) PMO team. The role will be responsible for pulling data from various systems, analyzing, and presenting it in a format that allows for tactical business decisions and strategic planning. These efforts will be in direct support of the Sales Operations Manager within the Project Management Office. The position will support collaborations with Sales, Product Management, Finance and Operations.

The successful candidate will have exceptional skills with running reports from various systems such as E1, Cognos and Salsforce.com. Expertise in using tools like Excel and PowerBI to analyze data in various ways to provide a clear picture of what the data tells us is a requirement.

What will you do?

• Run open order reports as needed for reviewing with PMO Management, Sales Operations Manager and Associate Project Managers
• Support the Sales Operations Manager by providing data for regular forecast calls with Commercial teams EMEA and APAC
• Provide back up support for the liaison from the PMO that works with Planning for order expedite requests.
• May be asked to provide sales reports to Commercial Management for sales tracking, QBRs and audit preparation.
• Will support quarter end activities as needed such as large shipments report to Ops, Finance, Planning and Product management to help assure forecast is met.

The data analyst works under general direction using discretion to complete tasks, frequently solves problems through research of multiple alternatives, builds stable working relationships with internal and external contacts, and impacts the immediate workgroup through accuracy of tasks and information provided.

How will you get there?

Education

Requires a BS/BA in a business or management related field or an Associates degree with relevant work experience.

Experience

The successful candidate will have multiple years of expertise running reports and performing data analysis with multiple tools. Experience with Cognos and PowerBI is a plus.
