Business Summary:

Worldwide Booking Operations Team – Our Mission:

Based in 5 global locations, the Worldwide Booking Operations team is responsible for processing the purchase orders from our customers and partners worldwide. We ensure revenue integrity through timely, predictable and precise execution. As we work across all geographical regions and handle many different order types, we focus on simplification and standardization to achieve operational excellence. We engage with our customers, sales teams and many internal departments with a focus on ease of doing business. We foster an open work environment and promote employee development.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • SME (Subject Matter Expert) for OEM Royalty business, acting as primary escalation point
  • Perform data analysis, reconciliation and reporting metrics analysis
  • Operations backup for the Team Lead where needed
  • Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
  • Interact with cross-functional business, operations and IT teams to support the OEM royalty process and related initiatives
  • Participate in projects and initiatives related to quality, data migration, SKU testing and operational efficiency
  • Prepare and deliver presentations online and in person
  • Provide and follow up on suggestions and ideas that improve processes, partner experience, and simplicity of operations
  • Drive collaboration efforts with GEO-counterparts
  • Handle order processing tasks as relevant, ensuring accuracy and alignment to all compliance guidelines including SOX and export regulations
  • Deliver on ad-hoc assignments as business requires

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in Order Management, with specific knowledge of OEM Royalty, software license and/or support renewal transactions and solid knowledge of revenue recognition
  • Strong data analytics and BI knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated understanding of upstream and downstream impacts of order processing
  • Ability and motivation to expertly work in a multi-task environment, both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to investigate and analyze problems using sound judgment and determine solutions to effectively resolve issues
  • Proven task management and prioritization capabilities
  • Ability to initiate process improvement plans and work towards change
  • Experience collaborating on projects and testing
  • Positive, collaborative approach and sound business insight
  • Ability to adapt to fast changing and dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and social skills
  • Ability to work outside of standard office hours as per business requirements
  • Good work ethic and sense of responsibility

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS Quote-to-Cash operations
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Oracle or SAP
