•Overall Verhicle integration- digital product control of new carlines in China
-Create engineering data delivery process of new leading car line in China.
-Definition and communication of digital reference vehicle for car line development.
-Integration of all data custom : Modul group, packaging, documentation , simulation etc .
-Organise process info workshop, delievery knowhow to business partner
-Delievery tools regularly to business partner to improvement engineering data status regarding status of digital engineering data
•Leader of technical support and consulting for vehicle development
-Evaluation of methods, processes and standards recommended by the IT - Centre of
-Competences and ensure alignment between business- / IT-strategy. CAx local first
-level support in RD China regarding system (Smaragd and NX), process and method .
-Window person to 2nd level CAx support in headquater, overall vehicle, component and powertrain.
-Organization and conducting of trainings and CAx-workshops according project milestones and need of BU.
•Solution Architect
-Working as IT PO, composite SOW, functional specifications, which includes both BU and IT requirements
-Functions Test to ensure the development meets the expectation
-Data Mapping and Data Migration for CAD Data
-Aligned with Central and Local System owners to ensure the Interface integration with both traditional and future connections.
-Authorization Concept, Design and Implmentation if needed
•Operation Excellence
-Provide general training of key users of the responsible IT departments and project teams on Daimler standard IT systems and processes.
-Transfer system and process know-how to project team members within the different organizations in order to enable them to further implement, roll-out and support the business systems .
-Ensure continuous development of business process competency of the project teams.
•Budget / Service Agreement / Cost Management
-Follow up on Demand budget with Business unit, Service agreement with vendor and ensure project/demand is within budget.
Compliance and IT Security
-Follow, support and ensure all demands meet the IT security guidelines.
-Ensuring processes are compliance and provide Audit support
