Job Description
1. Business Analyst:
• Design, analyse and optimize IT planning & governance processes. Determine requirements and translate these into specifications.
o Extracts & anticipates requirements: analyze and extracts requirements from IT planning, management and operation procecses, interacts with management to establish requirements
o Designs, analyses and optimizes business processes: determines, reviews/creates mechanism of relevant business processes. Optimizes processes by identifying areas where workflow modifications improve efficiency
o Determines requirements via interaction with management and translates them into concrete specifications
o Works with stakeholders (for example, project managers, IT senior managers) to define metrics, performance goals and assess feasibility. Provide analysis and business insights in a visualized way
o Oversees and assists project and change management

2. Business Support:
• Facilitate and support OKR implementation in the organization in sync with IT planning, managemet and operation processes
• Support IT townhall, mgmt. meeting, workshops and events planning and organization.
• Support IT communication and culture topics.
