About the job
Responsibilities：
- Business IT support for the Sales and Marketing applications；
- Basic Java development；
- Documentation of process and system flows for the related applications；
- 1st level support of user enquiries；
- Analysis of system performance；
- Issue tracking and resolution together with other IT teams；
- Support of eCommerce operation；
- Assist on user training.
Requirements：
- 2020 bachelor or master degree in computing science or related discipline；
- Basic computer programming technique；
- Network security；
- Concept of B2B；
- Fluent in both Chinese and English；
- Summer internship period at least 8 weeks.
