Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the workflow design, system development and re-engineering process
• Perform system test during system development and follow up the enhancements to collect user requirements
• Ensure timely and effective user acceptance test delivery and production run
• Assist in system implementation by developing user guides and providing trainings to users
• Provide production support to all levels of users

Requirements:

• University degree in any discipline, experience in MPF Administration is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office particularly in Excel application
• Well organized, independent and be able to work under pressure
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is preferred
