KerryOn is looking for a talent in business analysis, consulting and implementation for Kerry Properties China business.
KerryOn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kerry Properties, aims at building an insight-driven and customer-centric system to transfer how MUD operates.
This role will be responsible for driving the team for delivery of high quality analytic services that optimize existing practices, identify new business opportunities and eventually deliver strong return on investment.
What You’ll Do?
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
? Deliver insights and communicate a compelling narrative, based on analysis of relevant internal and external data, in a clear, timely and continuous manner
? Lead customer research and marketing insights - monitor and anticipate trends, new initiatives from the market/ relevant industries/ customers that will impact business and demonstrate opportunities. Leverage best demonstrated practices from other markets/ industries/ competitors and bring them into business if relevant
? Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their pain points, needs and expectations
? Provide counsel and expertise on how to leverage retail intelligence, customer engagement, channel, technology, etc. to solve business issues and capture new business opportunities
? Support with the development of strategic plan, budget and business presentations for senior management
? Support with the execution of strategic projects by generating hypotheses, develop and communication of recommendation and monitor the implementation process
? Lead project OKR development, tracking, analysis and review
? Support process and tool optimization to improve work efficiency
? Deliver training on team to enhance team’s data-reading capabilities and build logics behind
? Support the management team by executing ad-hoc analysis and translating these analysis into clear presentations

Your professional experiences and key competencies would include, but not limited to:
? Able to identify and leverage economically sustainable and profitable business opportunities.
? Is analytical and data oriented when identifying market opportunities, threats and trends. Develops short and long term strategies and plans to take advantage of opportunities or to mitigate risks and threats.
? Understands and delivers on different customer segments and key stakeholder expectations. Anticipates future customer trends and needs and orientates the business to meet these.
? Is willing to challenge assumptions and to confront the status quo. Looks for opportunities to be innovative and creative.
? Understands the current business model and identifies what needs to be changed to deliver on these value propositions.
? 7+ years’ experience in analytical, strategic or consulting role
? Previous experience in retail business is a plus
? Strategic thinker with the ability to quickly define and deconstruct problems leveraging strong analytical and end-to-end problem solving skills
? Strong interpersonal leadership, partnership and influencing skills
? Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively
? Curiosity – sensitive in new topics, eager to know and learn
? Proactive in a fast-paced environment
? Independent, organized, self-motivated and a team player
