The Business Analyst will be a part of Medical Reporting & Analytics team which is accountable for the development of the regular & ad-hoc metrics reports to Medical stakeholders. The Business Analyst will ensure they are delivered in a timely manner and with high quality standards.

Business Analyst will use his technical expertise to increase the automation of the reports within Medical tools and Microsoft Office programs. Additionally, the Business Analyst will support the development of Medical dashboards.

This role requires very good technical reporting skills

Responsibilities:

• Design and run custom and standard reports using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, SQL and VBA
• Conduct data analysis for urgent ad-hoc business questions along with standard reports
• Support the creation of Medical dashboards
• Monitor the quality of the data to ensure global data integrity and global reporting consistency, communicate any issues to the appropriate teams or persons
• Identify enhancement requirements & opportunities to improve reporting, platforms & metric capabilities (e.g. by seeking input from stakeholders for continuous improvement)
• Support Medical platforms to ensure data integrity and accuracy

Education, Qualifications, and Experience:

• University degree preferred
• 3-4+ years of experience in analytics
• Experience in working in a cross functional team in a matrix organization
• Experience in working and delivering in a global organization
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience would be an asset

Skills and Capabilities:

• Ability to quickly master new systems and tools
• Expert in MS Excel and experience in working with lot of data and in analytics (Excel with VBA preferably)
• Intermediate knowledge of other Microsoft Office programs (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Experience in querying data using SQL (Preferred)
• Experience on any of the reporting tools (Power BI preferably)
• Fluent in English with good communication, both oral and written
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment and collaborate with colleagues at all levels in various geographies as well as working independently
• Good problem-solving skills
• Customer focus – ability to consider multiple customer needs while able to take a bigger picture view
• Ability to look for and champion more efficient and effective methods/processes picture view
• Details oriented
