Job Description

To provide support to the users’ new initiatives and procedures streamline by means of system enhancements and process alignment.  Thus, perform system testing on system solutions with quality results.

To support various operation teams and work with IT development team to ensure stability of system operations.

We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join their winning team.

Responsibilities:    

Projects and system initiatives support (40%)

  • Able to coordinate in small to medium size system projects.
  • Collects user requirements and provide professional input for system improvement.
  • Regular review on business processes to seek for improvement in operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare User Requirement Specification.
  • Design testing conditions and conduct testing for developed system solutions.
  • Prepare System User Guide and assist in system training.
  • Co-ordinate user testing with end-users and IT.
  • Provide testing advices to end-users.

Preparation of ad hoc, regular management and operations reports (30%)

  • Prepare the management and operations reports to internal users.
  • Prepare the statutory reports for supervisor and management review before submission to regulators.
  • Prepare the statistic reports to management.
  • Prepare regular special tailor made report(s)

Governance on regulations and Production support on day-to-day operations (25%)

  • Understand and review the new/revised statutory guidelines and regulations.
  • Provide suggestions on improvement of operational and system solutions.
  • Provide on-going system support to users
  • Respond day-to-day operations and system questions generated by users, such as use of functions, purposes of specific program options, and how to locate the information requested by the user.
  • Prepare formal reply to regulators for supervisor and management review.

Other responsibilities (5%)

  • Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and / or other requirement.

Requirements:

  • University / College graduate with major in Business Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Preferably with 5 years working experience
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines for assigned tasks.
  • Able to communicate with IT professionals.
  • Self-motivated  and detail oriented
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Computer knowledge in Word, Excel, VBA, PowerPoint, MS Access, SQL statement and Visual FoxPro
