Job Description
Do you have a knack for analyzing IT business processes? Are you able to manage projects efficiently? We’re looking for some like hat who can help us:
• manage the change in the new Self Service and Central Intake capabilities (Vendor hosted SaaS solution) by working with both Group General Counsel (GGC) and Legal Technology
• Face off to internal clients at all level of Group General Council (Legal Department). Gather and document business requirements and collaborate on identifying actionable, efficient solutions that align to strategic objectives
• learn to configure the workflow & UI components in the SaaS solution
• develop the deep know how of the project and become the point of contact for any support , training & configuration related query
• make UBS self-sufficient by reducing vendor dependency on configuration and functional management of the product
• define the migration plan including Data Take On
• assist with scheduling and conducting user training. Experience working closely with the vendor is must
• assist with defining acceptance criteria & perform & facilitate User acceptance testing
• with Business stake holders & SMEs to understand the new requirements communicate to vendor
• leverage your prior LEGAL IT experience, bring a ‘can do’ attitude to a new program where there are no predefined solutions in the market place, specifically for the managed central intake of legal requests
• gather requirements using methods such as wireframing. Develop and try out ideas with a working group to facilitate requirement elicitation process that can then be put into delivery scope and that are aligned with GGC's business strategy and operating model (Wireframing or UI mock-up experience is preferred)
• manage newly stood up SaaS solution (LegalHUb) working very closely with vendor defining functional & Non-functional roadmap
• be responsible for ensuring business goals are clearly understood with the program sponsor, manager and, goals are embedded within the program scope and ensure there are clear user adoption, training and communication plans to the end user community
• change catalyst and promote adoption and is a pseudo sales person of LegalHub platform
• take part in the planning, delivery, and execution of project plans supporting strategic credit risk control processes
• report the status of RAIDs at project management forums and mitigate their impact on deliverables
• develop relationships with program stakeholders and internal clients while partnering with Global Wealth Management US Front Office, IT, and PMO
• manage risk by proactively identifying and raising control deficiencies as well as driving risk remediation
