Business Analyst (SAP Order to Cash) The Business Analyst (Order to Cash) is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes in Order to Cash and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. This role will also be the process improvement lead for the SAP across in the UK and Ireland Essential Functions: Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in the Order to Cash process area and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance in the application and best practices Deliver constant improvement of systems, policies, procedures within the Sales department, continually look for ways to drive SAP best practices Recommend business process and/or system improvements and lead implementation, training, and documentation of these Provide leadership to the team members and peers by collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers, and others; identifying and initiating projects Process owner of the UK & Ireland Sales department Learn non-SAP business systems such as Salesforce and internal portals and their interaction with SAP; assist in the support and management of those systems as part of our overall solutions portfolio Work and automate KPI-s for Sales Operations Lead Internal and External Audits Qualifications Experience Required Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, from an accredited institution Five years of end-to-end knowledge of the Order to Pay process in SAP. Experience of SAP in the following areas: SAP SD, MM, EDI messaging Power BI experience or similar – measuring and implementing sales operational KPIs Experience documenting system improvement Experience writing and delivering process SAP Security experience this is ideal not essential Experience in managing Internal and External Audits Solid project management and relationship building skills. Experience of training internal employees on changes to process Experience of implementing EDI The successful candidate will be a strong communicator across multiple levels with stakeholders Pro active approach to finding the right solutions.
