Objective of job
1. Daily SAP finance operation support, trouble shooting, incident handling, authorization management, etc.
2. Close working with Fiance/controlling/accouting to support business process in IT system.
3. Consulte and analysis business requirement, project coordination, implementation
Task description
1. Daily operation support for Daimler Entities
• Support testing for new reuest & project/enhancement
• Prepare & maintain system support documents for SAP finance system
2. Project coordination and implementation for Daimler entities- SAP finance related
• Project Management.
• Support standard SAP Fi/Co/Fiori systems and process implementation.
• Assist in managing implementation processes.
• Ensure optimal process and project implementation.
3. Consulting of Daimler entities and DGRC business units
• Consult the responsible IT departments and business units of Daimler Fi/Co organization in their application processes and best practices of the areas finance/controlling/NPM
• Identify, analyze, communicate, escalate and find solutions to process issues related to the specific Chinese environment, e.g. in cross-brand and alliance organizations in Daimler entities
4. Training & Know-how Transfer
• Provide general training of key users of the responsible IT departments and project teams on DAG standard SAP Fi/Co & Fiori systems and core applications as well as process supporting systems
• Transfer SAP system know-how to team members within the different organizations in order to enable them to further implement, roll-out and support the business systems.
• Ensure continuous development of business process competency of the teams.
