How will you make an impact:
As a Business Analyst, you will define and document business specifications, application functionality, and workflow requirements and perform business testing. Additionally, you will be responsible for defining test plans, test scripts and conducting business testing. You will be working in a team environment with business and technical resources as well as third party vendors. You will have strong business relationship skills and a broad experience across a complex matrix organization. You will be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication across all of levels of the organization.
What will you do:
- Under the direction of sales operations director work with the CRM user community and the software development/technical teams through which requirements and support flow
- Gather business requirements from business community and IT community
- Develop CRM documentation including requirements documents, use cases, user stories, workflow, test scenarios, test cases, training material, and other documents related to the business of the CRM team
- Engage with the business team and technical team to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data sets
- Maintain and recommend improvements to hygiene of CRM system business data to maximize actionable usability
- Build data driven analysis of CRM utilization, support issues and requirements to present options for CRM GPO
- Provide day to day business user support of CRM system
- Developing production quality operational dashboards, is comfortable managing large data sets, has strong attention to detail, has a creative problem-solving mindset, and has strong communication skills
- Work cross-functionally with the primary objective of enabling sales leadership to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions
- Work with and manage super users in the support of CRM direction around changes, issues, and enhancements and other areas that help drive the goals of CRM
- Build complex data model that perform data analysis of business issues

How will you get there:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required (preferred area of study: Business, Mathematics, Computer,)
- Experience in at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau etc.)
- Experience with eliciting, defining, and documenting user requirements. Includes identifying gaps in requirements resolving inconsistencies, and prioritizing requirements
- Experience in at least one CRM system (SalesForce.Com, SAP CRM etc)
- Experience with reporting and data modeling
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of subject matter experts, managers, and executives
- Must be results driven with an excellent attention to detail
- Must be comfortable managing projects and timelines
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to effectively manage and navigate intra departmental relationships and work in assigned teams and groups as required
