Responsibilities:

• Passionate to provide innovative, creative and reliable digital business solutions to our clients
• Maintain a good relationship with clients and manage client's expectation for the digital projects (Web, Mobile App, System, E-commerce, Chatbot)
• Perform user requirement workshop/ interview to collect user requirements
• Responsible for documentation (e.g. functional specification, user requirement document, user flow, test case etc.) overall project lifecycle
• Ensure the deliverables (documents, wireframes, user interface, end-products) are all well designed and written in best practices and good quality
• Execute functional tests and evaluate results to ensure the accuracy and quality of complex system

Requirements:

• Strong believer on digital transformation that it would help our clients and the wider community
• Degree holder with account management experience to ensure correct client expectations are set and projects have the best chance of success
• Knowledge and experience in user requirement elicitation techniques, user experience design and customer journey roadmap
• Good understanding and implementation of digital project documentation (Functional and non-functional requirements, UAT guideline, product backlog, use case, user stories & etc.)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
• Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English Reasons to join:
